Working alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the product development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and gathering requirements to testing solutions and measuring outcomes. You will have opportunities to learn about investment workflows, agentic AI technologies, and product management practices while contributing to both custom-built products and agentic automation solutions developed on an AI platform. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to develop both business and technical skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with product manager(s) to co-deliver digital initiatives relating to data, investment platforms and/or other digital initiatives Be deeply involved in the delivery phase of the assigned product (scrum ceremonies, solutioning and ideation, product backlog grooming etc), and co-own the product backlog Work with both business teams in understanding business requirements, and with development team in translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria Support the product managers in tracking and analyzing program metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Own the evaluation loop for a product. Build and maintain the golden test set, run eval cycles and triage issues Requirements Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 20 weeks. Interns who are able to commit to a full-time (5 days/week) or a minimum of part-time (4 days/week) internship is strongly preferred. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in Product Management, AI, digital products, and technology-driven solutions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down business challenges into structured requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and derive insights from user feedback.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
