As a Product Management Intern, you’ll support the team in building and improving next-gen AI agent products that empower both customers and human agents.
Job Description
Support the end-to-end development of chatbot and AI-agent features, from ideation to testing and iteration
Assist in designing workflows that allow human agents to review, correct, and improve AI responses (e.g. feedback loops, annotations)
Work closely with engineers, data, operations, and designers to support AI-driven product features
Help track and analyze product metrics such as chatbot performance, deflection rate, and CSAT impact
Contribute to chatbot lifecycle activities such as training data preparation, intent analysis, and knowledge base updates
Conduct user, agent, or process research to better understand behaviour and pain points
Stay curious about GenAI trends (LLMs, prompting, agent systems) and help translate insights into product ideas
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Business, or related fields)
Strong interest in AI products, conversational AI, or human-AI interaction
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and user behaviour insights
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Prior experience with AI, LLMs, or product work is a plus, but not required
