    Job Description Analyze data and gather merchant feedback to identify opportunities and recommend strategies around ad traffic, ecosystem design, bidding models, and incentive mechanisms to increase ad adoption and revenue. Partner closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, producing insights and reports that guide product and strategy decisions. Support product managers in the end-to-end design, development, and rollout of tools and services that improve the advertiser experience. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with full-time availability preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with structured and logical thinking; able to translate data analysis into actionable business and product opportunities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across teams and functions.
