About The Team
Shopee will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Shopee sponsorship of a visa.
The minimum internship commitment period required is 3 months, and students who are available for 6 months would be preferred.

The Core Service team is part of the Search, Recommendations, Ads, and Content Department. We focus on consumer-side product design and solutions to enhance the user experience across key Shopee scenarios: Homepage & Search, Ads, Video, and Live. Additionally, we manage the Creation Tool (Media SDK), a middle-end service for content generation.
Job Description
Drive product design and optimization for Shopee Homepage or Search or Advertising, focusing on product framework, feature design, and user journey improvements to increase traffic efficiency and conversion rates.
Gain deep insights into user behaviour by analysing feedback and data, continuously identifying needs and designing solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UI designers, product operations, and local ops/marketing/BD) to ensure smooth execution and validate effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
Prioritize resources effectively, align with external team requirements, and deliver timely solutions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, extract key insights, and explore applications to strengthen Shopee’s product offering.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in the field of Business, Information Systems, Computer science, Engineering or Data Analytics.
Background in online advertising/digital marketing is a plus.
Strong teamwork, communication, responsibility, and resilience
Strong analytical reasoning, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Proactive learner, passionate about product strategy, and eager to pursue a career in product management.
Past internship experience in product management is a plus but not compulsory.
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
