ARX empowers individual investors with clear, organised access to publicly available market data — enabling more confident and informed trading decisions. About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern (6 months) to support the go-to-market strategy, growth campaigns, and brand positioning of a next-generation AI-powered fintech platform across Southeast Asia. You will work directly with the Head of Product to craft narratives that convert, content that educates, and campaigns that drive measurable user growth. This role sits at the intersection of: Product marketing & positioning Growth & performance marketing Content strategy & social media Community building & influencer partnerships Data analytics & campaign optimisation Key Responsibilities  Go-to-market & positioning Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product features and platform launches across Southeast Asia Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that speaks to the "trapped middle class" retail trader persona Translate complex on-chain and trading concepts into simple, benefit-led copy for app stores, landing pages, and onboarding flows Content & social Own the content calendar across key channels (X, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram) targeting Southeast Asian retail audiences Produce short-form video scripts, carousel copy, and community posts that drive engagement and top-of-funnel awareness Research and adapt creative formats that resonate in key Southeast Asian markets — including local memes, formats, and cultural moments KOL & community Identify, vet, and coordinate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and trading influencers across Southeast Asia for co-marketing and seeding campaigns Support community management across Telegram and Discord — engaging users, surfacing feedback, and maintaining brand voice Help design referral and ambassador programmes that incentivise organic word-of-mouth growth Campaign analytics Track and report on campaign performance metrics — impressions, click-through rate, conversion, cost per acquisition — and surface actionable insights Support A/B testing of ad creatives, landing page copy, and push notification messaging Maintain a competitor and market intelligence brief on key players in the Southeast Asian copy trading and crypto retail space Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and ship alongside feature launches Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners on campaign execution Contribute to investor and partner decks with market data, user growth narratives, and positioning materials What We're Looking For Strong written communication skills — you can write clearly, concisely, and adapt tone across channels Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or retail trading products Familiarity with social platforms dominant in Southeast Asia (TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, X) Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data and drawing conclusions A bias toward creative experimentation and moving fast Bonus: experience running KOL campaigns, paid social, or community management in a crypto or fintech context Why Join Us?
