About this internship
Purpose
Part of the regional marketing team, the ESAP Product Marketing intern will work closely with the Product Marketing Senior Executive and product Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in regional marketing for a leading hospitality brand.
This role will support the day-to-day marketing activities for Club Med resorts in Southeast Asia and the Pacific (ESAP), contributing to the brand's overall positioning and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of regionally driven campaigns with help from the Senior Executive, for marketing communication kits and assets for local marketing team adaptation/adoption
Responsible for accurate display of our products on our different touchpoints, with key and impactful messaging
Support senior executive with the generation of marketing/communication kits, based on the information shared by respective teams
Support Senior Executive/Manager to create sales and marketing assets to support commercial objectives and brand communication purposes
Marketing Material Support through creation of reports and presentations, organization of marketing creatives, assets, and materials for various internal channels.
Develop and maintain complete comms kit for each resort (creative direction, visuals, videos, product presentation etc.) to ensure accurate and impactful messaging
Strongly supporting Senior Executive to ensure all marketing touchpoints are updated, with the relevant changes that are received on a day-to-day basis
Formatting of marketing assets, to ensure they are in line with our overall branding for internal and external usage
Support and assist in collaborations with agencies, photo and video shoots to market our resorts
Market Research and Analysis by gathering and analyzing market data on competitors, trends and patterns.
Research, analysis and benchmarking of industry competitors, to understand the competitor landscape
Assist in comparing Club Med's offerings and performance against competitors.
Identify best practices and potential areas for improvement.
Research and analyze trends in the travel and tourism industry within the ESAP region (e.g., sustainable tourism, experiential travel, wellness retreats).
Strongly supporting Senior Executive to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Support senior executive with fact checking of information of all ESAP resorts, identifying any gaps or copy that can be strengthened
Assist senior executive with copywriting proposals and suggestion of visuals for marketing materials
Track the implementation of all updates on website, QR landing page and ensure timely removal when necessary
Profile
Diploma / Degree holder, preferably with a background in marketing or communications
Knowledge in marketing topics
Displays strong interest in marketing and the hospitality industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills to navigate across a large and diverse organization
Project management and strong executional skills

Microsoft Office knowledge
