Role Summary A Product & Operations Internship offering hands-on experience supporting the Product & Operations team across product initiatives, process improvements, user experience, and AI-enabled projects. Exposure to cross-functional projects with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and Compliance teams will provide practical experience in how digital products are built, improved, and launched within a fintech environment. What You’ll Do Support AI initiatives by researching tools, testing prompts, and documenting workflows. Assist with mapping user journeys and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Help prepare and maintain product documentation, process flows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support data validation, reporting, and analysis to ensure information is accurate and actionable. Conduct competitor, market, and product research, and summarize findings into clear presentations or briefs. Assist with product testing, bug reporting, and feature validation. Help coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and other operational initiatives. Prepare project documentation and track action items across teams. Work closely with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and Compliance teams on day-to-day projects. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Design, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Curious about AI and interested in learning how it can improve business processes and productivity. Comfortable working with unstructured data. Interest in fintech and trading. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus. Exposure to SQL, Figma, Power BI, or Python is an advantage but not required. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is highly preferred, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region
