Role Overview: Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions. Responsibilities Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings when appropriate Perform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Assist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environments Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagements Requirements Currently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent. This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangements
