Role Description The Programme and Social Innovation Intern will support the design, coordination, and evaluation of TomoWork’s inclusive employment and skills-building programs. This internship is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site activities and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with programme planning and logistics, supporting participant engagement, and collecting feedback to improve programme delivery. The intern will help develop training materials, coordinate events and workshops, and liaise with partner organizations and volunteers. The role also involves contributing to research on social innovation, documenting best practices, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess programme management and coordination skills, with the ability to support planning, scheduling, and execution of activities. Candidates should possess analytical skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data and feedback to improve programmes. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage participants, partners, and team members effectively. Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills or an interest in supporting workshops and learning activities. Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder engagement skills to provide a positive experience for participants and partners. Interest in social impact, disability inclusion, and workforce development is highly beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and manage tasks independently in a hybrid work environment. Current students or recent graduates in social sciences, education, business, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
