Introduction
The Community Stewardship (CS) department supports Temasek’s role as a Trusted Steward and is responsible for activating impactful community contributions towards our objectives of connecting people, uplifting communities, protecting the planet and advancing capabilities in Singapore and beyond.
Reporting to the Director/Vice President, Community Stewardship, this position supports the team in its strategy and engagement work which includes the development and execution of Temasek’s community contributions strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Review Community Stewardship Knowledge Management practices, including creating and maintaining data tools to aid in analytics for Engagement Management (CRM), SG & Int’l Donations tracking, Impact Measurement
Undertake research projects about corporate philanthropy and development in the impact sector, (e.g., AI for impact measurement, Tech4Good, etc.)
Support in identifying, developing and organising learning programmes for CS team (e.g talks, brown bag talks, team trainings etc)
Support in the annual Temasek Community Network (TCN) Forum and TCN Workshops. This includes general event planning and forum coordination, as well as year-round management of TPC engagement bi-lateral meetingsSupport for the
CS team for new and existing activities. These activities comprises short term and longer term ones which require interns on a continuous rotational basis.

Degree in Business Management and Analytics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy or related fields

Possess strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
High adaptability and flexibility to process changes
Excellent team player and communicator with good written and oral presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills on the fly
