Its iconic raincoat symbolizes the protection and support offered during the metaphorical storms that workers face. Through diverse outreach programs and inclusion campaigns, ItsRainingRaincoats aims to positively impact each of the approximately 700,000 migrant workers in Singapore. As a Programme & Operations Intern, you will work closely with IRR’s leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of our programmes, events, and initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the nonprofit sector while contributing to projects that create real social impact. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of IRR programmes, events, and community initiatives Coordinate and communicate with volunteers, beneficiaries, donors, and partners Assist with outreach, engagement, and partnership development efforts Support content creation and management across IRR’s social media and digital channels Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of programmes and activities Who We're Looking For Students or recent graduates with a passion for community impact and social good Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, resourceful, willing to take initiative and offer creative suggestions The ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders Interest in the nonprofit, social impact, communications, or community engagement space What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in the nonprofit and social impact sector Exposure to programme management, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach Opportunities to work directly with senior leaders and external partners A chance to contribute to initiatives that create meaningful impact for migrant workers in Singapore Eligibility Singaporean, PR, Student Pass Holders (specific eligibility applies) Format Hybrid Join us to learn, contribute, and be part of meaningful work that makes a difference.
