ItsRainingRaincoats is a community initiative dedicated to improving the lives of migrant workers in Singapore and supporting their integration into the wider society. The organization uses imaginative, innovative, and agile strategies to address the practical and emotional needs of workers. Its iconic raincoat symbolizes the protection and support offered during the metaphorical storms that workers face. Through diverse outreach programs and inclusion campaigns, ItsRainingRaincoats aims to positively impact each of the approximately 700,000 migrant workers in Singapore.

As a Programme & Operations Intern, you will work closely with IRR’s leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of our programmes, events, and initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the nonprofit sector while contributing to projects that create real social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of IRR programmes, events, and community initiatives
Coordinate and communicate with volunteers, beneficiaries, donors, and partners
Assist with outreach, engagement, and partnership development efforts
Support content creation and management across IRR’s social media and digital channels
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of programmes and activities
Who We're Looking For
Students or recent graduates with a passion for community impact and social good
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive, resourceful, willing to take initiative and offer creative suggestions
The ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
Interest in the nonprofit, social impact, communications, or community engagement space
