NCS is a subsidiary of the Singtel Group. Job Description Join NCS Digital Resilience's Nucleus & Fusion early-career programmes team as a Programme Operations Intern . You'll be the operational backbone behind key programme events, coordinating logistics, communications, tracking and reporting, so that every workshop, intake and community milestone runs smoothly. Working alongside programme managers and stakeholders across NCS, you'll gain first-hand experience delivering large-scale internship and graduate programmes while developing valuable skills in programme management, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. Impactful Project(s) Support the successful delivery of Nucleus & Fusion's early-career programmes by coordinating programme operations, participant engagement and continuous process improvements. Your work will directly contribute to creating a seamless and engaging experience for interns and graduates while strengthening NCS' future talent pipeline. What You'll Do & Gain Coordinate programme activities, workshops, networking sessions and engagement events from planning through execution. Manage programme logistics, communications, participant registrations, attendance tracking and operational documentation. Work with business stakeholders, hiring teams and programme participants to ensure programme milestones are delivered successfully. Prepare reports, dashboards and presentation materials to monitor programme performance and participant engagement. Identify opportunities to improve programme workflows, processes and participant experience. Gain hands-on experience in programme operations, project coordination and stakeholder management within a leading technology organisation. Develop strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Qualifications Undergraduate student pursuing Business, Human Resource, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Possesses a good understanding of technology or demonstrates a keen interest in the technology industry. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) for reporting and presentations. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, AI productivity tools or project management platforms is an advantage but not required.
