With a strong foundation as the first management agency for Gentle Bones, LINCH has expanded its services to include events programming, regional tours, and marketing campaigns. The organisation's mission is to create a comprehensive ecosystem for artistes, offering services like PR, marketing, promotions, and music consultancy. Role Description This is a contract, hybrid internship role for a Project Assistant (internship) based in Singapore. The Project Assistant will provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, including events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with team members and stakeholders, tracking deliverables, assisting in content creation, conducting market research, and maintaining project documentation. Some work may be completed remotely, offering flexibility alongside the in-office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with media tracking and campaign administration Update media and creator databases Support campaign reporting and coverage tracking Coordinate campaign schedules, assets and timelines Assist with outreach coordination and follow-ups where required Assist with live event, concert and fan meet coordination Support guest list, accreditation and RSVP management Coordinate logistics and operational timelines Assist with merchandise, hospitality and event-day preparation Provide onsite event support where required Organise project documents, trackers and reporting materials Support internal coordination across regional teams Assist with decks, reports and campaign materials where required Qualifications Requirements Interest in music, entertainment, media or live events Organised and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva and spreadsheets is a plus Experience with the industry and agency work is a plus. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, Arts Management, or a related field Internship Details Duration: Mid July 2026 – Mid Dec 2026 Type : 3 + 3 months - Full Time Internship Location: Singapore Stipend: SGD 800/month initially Working Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible depending on project requirements
