Role Description The Project Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across various energy-related initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project documentation, preparing progress reports, updating schedules, and monitoring milestones and deliverables. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, collecting and analyzing project data, and contributing to risk and issue logs. The intern will also help improve project processes, participate in meetings, and support program management efforts under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills. Candidates should possess solid Program Management capabilities to support coordinated initiatives. Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and basic project management software is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, on-site environment in Singapore. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in engineering, business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
