About this internship
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join the Digital Agency Department in Singapore. The intern will support the coordination and execution of an interoperability framework that enables electronic Bills of Lading (eBL) to move digitally from one platform to another. This initiative falls within the scope of the “Interoperability of electronic bills of lading” Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed under the sponsorship of the French Embassy in Singapore and Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), together with eBL platform operators.
The intern will report hierarchically to the Regional eCommerce Manager in Singapore and functionally to the Global Business Manager for eBusiness at the headquarters in Marseille, France.
Key Responsibilities:
Re-engage the different stakeholders involved in the scope of the MOU.
Plan and organize one-to-one workshops and group sessions with internal and external stake-holders.
Prepare materials, agendas and supporting documentation for workshops and working sessions.
Coordinate agenda validation with participants and distribute clear meeting minutes and action points after each session.
Facilitate alignment between CMA CGM teams, public authorities, platform operators and other relevant parties.
Support the preparation and follow-up of project deliverables, ensuring progress against agreed milestones.
Report MOU progress, risks and next steps to management in a structured and timely manner.
Conduct surveys, consolidate feedback and prepare analysis to support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Digital Trans-formation, Project Management or a related field.
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
Interest in digital solutions, international shipping, logistics and trade documentation.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with AI tools would be an advantage.
