Responsibilities Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery. Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers. Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions. Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents. Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues. Deliver case study for key clients.
