Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery
Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers
Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions
Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents
Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues
Deliver case study for key clients
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related fields
Strong interest in project management, operations, or client-facing roles
Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to summarise information clearly and concisely
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as this role will be required to communicate with and support Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
