MNC|Bank BAU & Operations Support Analyst (2 Headcount) Location: Changi Business Park Employment Type: Contract until 26th Jul 2027 Are you an organised and proactive operations professional with strong stakeholder management skills? We are looking for BAU & Operations Support Analysts to join a large-scale business transformation programme within the financial services sector. This role will play a critical part in ensuring business-as-usual operations continue smoothly while supporting key project initiatives. You will work closely with programme leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive operational reporting, issue resolution, and governance activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities, ensuring operational processes run effectively alongside ongoing programme delivery. Produce and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, KPI/KRI trackers, and management reports. Support workstream leads and project managers with regular status updates, reporting packs, and governance activities. Act as a central point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely triage, tracking, escalation, and resolution. Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholder groups and help drive actions to completion. Monitor operational risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate documentation, issue logs, and reporting records to support programme governance. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Operations, PMO Support, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Business Management roles. Strong experience in BAU operations, management reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and follow through on actions. Experience supporting transformation, operational improvement, or change initiatives is highly advantageous. Financial services or regulated industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
