Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Hospitality) – 1 year contract

We are partnering with a leading integrated hospitality and entertainment organisation to hire experienced Project Managers to support multiple digital transformation initiatives. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to lead projects across one or more of the following areas: Digital Concierge and guest experience platforms Robotics and automation deployments F&B digital solutions, including kiosk and QR ordering platforms These roles require strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support. Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline. Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and external partners. Facilitate project workshops, requirement discussions and solution reviews. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance. Support testing, deployment, training and user adoption activities. Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high service and operational standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline. At least 5 years of Project Management experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects. Strong experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
