Key Responsibilities Monitor public sentiment across overseas social‑media and news platforms during assigned shifts. Identify abnormal public‑opinion risks, escalate alerts promptly and assist follow‑up handling procedures. Keep track of crypto industry hot topics and maintain continuous awareness of the overall public‑opinion landscape. Requirements Strong interest in Crypto, Web3 and exchange business; high information sensitivity. Active user of X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord or Reddit. Quick‑witted and responsive, capable of spotting potential public‑opinion risks. Responsible and resilient; able to work fast‑paced rotating shifts including night shifts. Solid skills in information research, sorting and written summary. Good English reading & writing ability to efficiently process overseas social‑media content. Prior exposure to public opinion, community operation, finance or media‑related experience is a plus. Long‑term follow‑up on crypto hot topics, KOLs or on‑chain events will be highly regarded.
