Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern role at TotalEnergies is a temporary, on-site position based in Tuas. The intern will assist in performing quality checks on products and processes, supporting documentation reviews, and helping to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulations. Daily tasks may include collecting and analyzing quality data, assisting with investigations of non-conformities, and preparing reports or records for quality reviews. The intern will collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in internal audits or inspections as required. Qualifications Foundational skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to support routine checks and compliance activities. Basic understanding of Quality Management principles to help maintain and improve quality systems and processes. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to contribute to safe, compliant, and consistent operations. Interest or introductory experience in Quality Auditing to assist with internal audits, documentation checks, and follow-up actions. Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Willingness to work on-site in Tuas and adapt to an industrial environment with strict safety standards.
