Job Description What You'll Do: Support our Quality team in exciting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives Lead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects that drive operational excellence Learn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and Quality Audits Assist in creating product qualification packages and drafting clear work instructions Get hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to make a real impact Collect and analyze data to solve problems with data-driven insights Propose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic team Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processes Explore metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing an Engineering degree Comfortable using MS Office applications Open-minded, inclusive, and ready to bring fresh ideas and courage to improve Strong communication skills Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
