    Location: Singapore Full-Time. Initial 3-Year Contract (Renewable) Reporting to: General Manager, Singapore Branch Office Position Summary We’re looking for a Quality Specialist/Manager to champion excellence across railway projects, service center repairs, and overhaul operations. You will act as the primary focal point for quality assurance, investigations, corrective actions, and customer communication, driving excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, LTA, SMRT, and railway standards. Compliance Oversight: Ensure projects, repairs, and overhaul activities meet contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements. Audit & Reporting: Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and prepare quality reports, inspection records, and management reviews. Investigation & CAPA: Lead structured investigations, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances. Customer Engagement: Act as the key quality representative, presenting findings and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance reliability and operational effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering or Quality Management. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. At least 8 years’ experience in railway/MRT/infrastructure quality management. Strong knowledge of QMS, railway standards, and inspection/testing procedures. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple quality issues in a fast-paced railway environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting/document control systems. Preferred Extras Experience with Platform Screen Door systems. Familiarity with LTA, SMRT, SBS Transit procedures.
