Recruitment Consultant (Internship)

Interns will gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry while learning how modern recruitment teams leverage technology, data, and market intelligence to drive hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct talent mapping and market research across target industries and companies Review AI interview submissions and assist with applicant screening Support consultants with candidate sourcing and pipeline building Format and prepare CVs for client submissions Assist with candidate and client database management Support recruitment administration, reporting, and scheduling activities Contribute to business development and sales research projects Provide general operational support to consultants and leadership teams What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and research skills Interest in recruitment, sales, HR, or business Comfortable working with AI tools and technology Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Bachelor's degree in any field This internship offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry, talent intelligence, and modern AI-driven hiring practices, with the opportunity to work alongside some of Asia's top recruitment consultants.
