Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Singapore for a Recruitment and Admin Assistant. The role involves supporting recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and assisting with resume screening and database updates. The intern will help prepare recruitment materials, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support to the HR and operations teams, including document filing, data entry, meeting coordination, and preparation of basic reports. The role also includes assisting with onboarding logistics, supporting internal events or training sessions, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The intern will work closely with team members, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a professional and supportive workplace environment. Qualifications Ability to perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and basic report preparation. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders. Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort working with spreadsheets and digital tools. Interest in recruitment and human resources processes, including interview coordination and candidate tracking. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude. Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred. Understanding of confidentiality and responsible handling of personal information in line with privacy and data protection standards. able to comunicate with Chinese speaking customer able to adapt new assignment when needed.
