Team Description: The Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Shopee team plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights. We partner closely with business leaders across markets and functions to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Our team ensures financial discipline, identifies areas for operational efficiency, and supports sustainable growth initiatives across the region. Job Description Support in documenting system design, process flows and issues through walkthroughs conducted Support in preparation of presentation materials to senior management Assist with understanding of data, identify key drivers of variance and suggest solutions Assist with monthly maintenance of budgeting files Requirement Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accountancy or Business Interest in processes, systems design and analysis of data is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Familiarity with SQL is a plus Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly in written and spoken English Full-time interns only, as this role is project-based and work is time-sensitive
