Regional HR Intern

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across multiple HR functions, including employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and HR data management, within a dynamic regional environment. If you’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn, this role will give you the platform to grow and make a meaningful contribution. What You Will Do In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including: Assist in development and enhancement of HR frameworks Contribute to DEI initiatives and programs across the region Gather feedback and help prepare engagement reports and insights Support HRIS data cleansing and ensure accuracy of employee records Assist with HR audits and provide analytical insights Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Curious, motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Passionate about people, culture, and creating inclusive workplaces Why Join Us?
