    🚀 Be a part of our Regional HR team as a Regional HR Intern Are you a university student passionate about talent, employer branding, and creating amazing workplace experiences? We are looking for a highly motivated Regional HR Intern to join our Human Resources division. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager of Talent Acquisition & People Engagement, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key regional HR initiatives. What You Will Do Organize Corporate Events: Play a key role in the planning, logistics, and execution of our Company Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Ceremony. You will get hands-on experience with venue management, vendor communication, and creating event materials. Drive Talent Acquisition: Take charge of the Regional Office's Internship Program by sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all interns, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding. Shape Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Regional Corporate Communications Team to design engaging content for our career page and social media channels. You will help implement initiatives that position us as a top employer of choice in the region. Boost Employee Engagement: Provide essential logistical and administrative support for vibrant employee engagement activities at the Regional Office. What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. High initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Effective time management skills to handle a busy, varied workload while balancing multiple priorities. A strong sense of discretion for handling sensitive HR information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bonus: Previous experience in HR or event planning is a plus, but not required to apply!
