    Regional Origination Director Location: Singapore / Malaysia / China About the Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Origination Director to originate and grow high - quality trade finance opportunities across Asia. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying financing opportunities, and originating transactions that align with Incomlend's investment and risk framework. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio and delivering tailored working capital solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Originate and onboard new clients with recurring trade finance and working capital requirements. Build and manage relationships with exporters, and strategic referral partners. Develop a strong pipeline of quality trade finance opportunities that align with Incomlend's investment strategy and credit appetite. Structure financing solutions to address clients' working capital needs while ensuring commercial viability and risk alignment. Lead commercial negotiations and manage opportunities from origination through transaction execution and onboarding. Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient credit approvals, transaction structuring, and client onboarding. Achieve origination, revenue, and portfolio growth targets while maintaining high-quality client relationships. Represent Incomlend at industry events and strengthen the company's market presence across the region. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and database records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years' experience in receivables financing, trade finance, or receivables finance. Proven track record in originating and closing trade finance or working capital transactions. Strong network within the trade finance ecosystem across Asia. Solid understanding of international trade and receivables finance and working capital solutions. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support business development with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Willingness to travel across the region.
