Regional Strategy & Business Planning Manager

They are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader to help shape and strengthen a high-growth business serving the data center industry. Responsibilities: Lead the annual strategic planning, operating plan, and long-range business planning process Analyze business performance, profitability, and end-to-end value chains to identify opportunities for operational improvement Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and competitive developments within the data center ecosystem Provide strategic insights that enable informed business decisions Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Data Centers business Collaborate with various departments and regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives Support bid management processes for complex commercial opportunities Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports that improve business visibility and decision-making Requirements: Degree qualified with 10-12 years in corporate strategy or business planning within data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial technology, power systems, HVAC, or energy management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels Only successful candidates will be notified.
