Role Description The Research Intern role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern will support research-related projects by reviewing academic papers, summarizing key findings, and organizing literature within the Atlas Workspace platform. Daily tasks include conducting literature searches, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and assisting in the development of structured research workflows. The intern may also contribute to internal documentation, help test new product features from a research user perspective, and collaborate with team members to improve how research content is captured and presented. Qualifications Ability to conduct systematic literature reviews, critically evaluate academic sources, and summarize complex information clearly. Strong written communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy in research documentation. Comfort using digital tools and platforms for organizing references, notes, and research projects. Analytical thinking skills, including the ability to compare studies, identify patterns, and synthesize across multiple papers. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, social science, engineering, humanities) with demonstrated interest in research. Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic startup environment. Familiarity with academic publishing processes or research methods is an advantage. Open to applicants from diverse backgrounds; enthusiasm for improving research workflows and tools is highly valued.
