Join Birkenstock as a Retail Excellence Intern and support retail operations, training, and visual merchandising. Gain hands-on experience driving efficiency, enhancing store performance, and elevating customer experience. YOUR SHOES TO FILL Retail Operations: Support SOP development, audit frameworks, forecasting processes, and store performance reviews Training & Reporting: Create onboarding materials, training decks, and maintain KPI dashboards using Excel or Tableau Visual Merchandising: Assist with VM guidelines, seasonal updates, and store compliance reviews Events & Activations: Support logistics and execution of retail events, activations, and the Retail Leaders Summit Research & Collaboration: Conduct market and competitor research while working cross-functionally to improve retail performance YOUR WALK OF LIFE Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Organization & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Data & Reporting: Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel and Tableau Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven mindset Communication Skills: Excellent writing, presentation, and design abilities using PowerPoint or Canva, with a passion for retail and customer experience We Offer BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
