Department: Retail Operations Reports To: Boutique Manager / Store Supervisor Internship Duration: 1 to 3 months (flexible) Working Hours: Based on retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays where applicable. About the Role Longchamp is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Intern to support our boutique operations and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury retail, customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and stock transfers. Support gift wrapping and packaging services. Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Assist with store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Passion for luxury retail and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
