    **Non-Negotiable - FT Internship Duration: End-Oct to Jun 2027** As a Retail Operations Intern, you will support the smooth running of our retail operations, with a key focus on shipping, logistics and inventory coordination . You will work closely with regional teams and logistics partners to manage shipments, customs documentation and clearance, as well as inventory movements. Additionally, you will support the Marketing team in coordinating retail marketing initiatives , including events and client activations, while assisting with marketing inventory tracking and reporting. Job Responsibilities Logistics & Shipping Management Collaborate with the Hong Kong regional team to track all shipments from Hong Kong to Southeast Asia boutiques via Temis. Prepare all documents for permits and customs declarations for shipments of inventories from HK/HQ to Singapore. Manage customs clearance processes, including coordinating with relevant parties to resolve shipment delays, if any. Liaise and work with the regional team to ensure that all shipment and logistics processes align with inventory schedules. Manage and track inventory shipments on SAP. Organize and process documents for weekly FedEx shipments to Hong Kong, including filing and routing documents as required. Wholesale & Administrative Support Assist with operational support for wholesale accounts and order fulfilment tracking. Verify and process vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions. Prepare, process and verify staff claims and store claims for management approval. Handle ad-hoc operational assignments and special projects as needed. Retail Marketing Support Support the coordination and logistics of retail marketing events, client activations and boutique openings. Track marketing inventory, promotional collateral and gifting items across boutiques. Assist in compiling retail marketing reports, competitor analysis data and campaign performance summaries. Profile Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Retail Management or other relevant fields. Experience in shipping administration would be a plus. Diligent and willing to learn while being able to work autonomously. Good organization skills with a keen eye for detail. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT etc).
