Kickstart your career in health and safety with a role that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning.As an Intern on our team, you'll contribute to sustainability and biodiversity initiatives that promote positive environmental outcomes while gaining practical experience in addressing real-world safety and environmental challenges. You'll also have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, support innovative solutions, and develop valuable skills that lay the foundation for a successful career in sustainability and environmental stewardship.
What will you do:
Support Process Improvement: Assist in diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement New Technologies: Help in the implementation of new technologies and digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations.
Report KPIs and Action Plans: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes.
Lead Sustainability Projects: Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the Distribution Center, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals.
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety & Environmental Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong digital literacy and the ability to leverage technology for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong self-motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage responsibilities independently, and contribute effectively to team objectives.
