As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the team to support outreach, build prospects, and understand how marketing strategies turn into real business opportunities in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused business development environment within a clinical setting.
What You’ll Actually Do
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll support the team in growing brand visibility, identifying potential clients, and developing meaningful business opportunities.
You’ll get to:
Build prospect lists and identify potential business leads in a healthcare and clinical setting
Support outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other business communication channels
Assist in preparing sales materials, marketing decks, proposals, and client presentation documents
Learn how to communicate with clinics, healthcare providers, and business decision-makers professionally
Conduct market research on competitors, clinic trends, healthcare services, and potential partnership opportunities
Support marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and email
Help track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using organised spreadsheets or CRM-style systems
Work with the marketing team to understand how branding, content, SEO, and campaigns support business growth
Sit in on discussions where appropriate to learn how client needs are understood and translated into marketing solutions
Receive ongoing mentorship and real feedback to sharpen your communication, commercial thinking, and sales confidence
Who This Is For

Confident speaking to people or willing to build confidence through practice
Organised, proactive, and comfortable following up with leads or prospects
Not afraid to learn fast, ask questions, and improve through feedback
Able to commit at least 3 days a week for 6 months
