    Role: Sales & Marketing Intern Company: TradeCloud Location: Singapore Based - Remote / Hybrid (Flexible) Duration: 3–6 months (with potential full-time conversion) About TradeCloud TradeCloud is a software platform, helping commodities companies streamline their commercial and operational workflows across procurement, sales, and logistics. Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven intern to support our sales and business development efforts. This role is hands-on and focused on outbound prospecting, client outreach, and meeting generation. You will work directly with the team lead to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and help build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct prospecting and lead generation (LinkedIn, databases, research) Make outbound calls and cold outreach to potential clients Send targeted emails and LinkedIn messages Qualify leads and identify relevant decision-makers Schedule meetings and demos for the team lead Maintain and update CRM with accurate data Assist in building target account lists Support ongoing sales campaigns and follow-ups What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (clear, confident, direct) Comfortable with cold calling and outreach Highly proactive and self-driven Ability to handle stay consistent Good research and organizational skills Interest in sales, startups, or B2B SaaS Prior internship or sales experience is expected What You’ll Learn Real-world B2B sales and prospecting How to generate pipeline and close meetings Exposure to commodities trading workflows Working directly with an early-stage sales team Performance Metrics Number of calls made Number of qualified leads generated Number of meetings booked Outreach consistency and conversion rates Why Join Us Direct exposure to founders and marketing leadership High ownership and learning Fast-paced startup environment Opportunity to convert into a full-time role
