    About Alteus We're a Singapore-based GTM firm helping AI companies enter and scale across APAC. We're also launching altvitx in the next 2 months: a new service line that audits, rescues, and runs AI-built apps for companies whose AI-generated code is growing but starting to crack. We're opening three unpaid internships built specifically for first and second-year university students where you’ll be doing real work — no prior internships required. About the role You'll work directly on Alteus's sales motion — picking up the phone, sitting in front of customers, and learning how AI startups actually close enterprise deals across APAC. Alteus's portfolio of AI startups entering APAC. Audience: founders, CTOs, ops leaders at fast-growing tech companies. altvitx, our new service line for production support of AI-built apps, launching in ~4 months. What you'll do Cold call. Pick up the phone, dial decision-makers, hold a conversation that ends in a meeting. Run customer meetings. Lead discovery and qualification calls with founders, CTOs, and ops leaders. Meet customers in-person. Be willing to walk into an office, attend a roundtable, work a coffee meeting. Pitch the product. Learn the Alteus and altvitx pitch cold. Be able to deliver and tailor it to the buyer in front of you. Conduct market research on prospects to write personalised outreach. Run 1-2 outbound campaigns per month end-to-end: list → personalised messaging → send → reply → meeting booked. Use AI tools across the stack: prospect research (Apollo, Floworks), copywriting (Claude, ChatGPT), enrichment (Apollo + AI), call review. What you'll get Real Tech Sales experience, named on your CV. Accounts you researched, campaigns you ran, meetings you booked. Not "assisted with sales activities." A modern sales stack. Apollo, AI-powered prospecting: the same stack top SaaS sellers use today. Exposure to senior buyers. You'll be on threads with founders, CTOs, and CISOs at companies most students only read about. Founder-adjacent exposure. You'll sit in on real customer calls and partner strategy: not just process tickets. Letter of Recommendation on successful completion — a real stepping stone to your next internship. What we're looking for Singaporean/PR only Year 1 or Year 2 student at any local university — any degree. Enthusiastic and self directed. Strong written and spoken English. Communicative and not afraid to cold call strangers. Prior experience using AI tools and interest to learn more. Detail-oriented and willing to learn new tools fast. Interest in B2B SaaS and AI Startups. Nice to have Prior experience with cold outreach, B2B sales, lead generation, or copywriting. Past involvement in business/entrepreneurship CCAs or student-run startups.
