At Stratova, we're helping businesses transform the way they work with AI. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you'll be on the front line—identifying the right companies, reaching the right decision-makers, and starting conversations that lead to real business opportunities.
You'll gain hands-on experience learning how enterprise AI solutions are positioned, sold, and adopted by businesses across different industries.

What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop a strong understanding of Stratova's AI solutions and confidently communicate their business value to prospective customers.
Identify, research, and qualify prospective companies that match Stratova's ideal customer profile.
Reach out to business leaders and senior decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels, adapting your messaging based on prospect feedback and campaign performance.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support outbound campaigns and sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a university degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Open to current university students and fresh graduates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior business leaders.
Curious, resourceful, and comfortable researching companies, identifying opportunities, and solving business problems.
Willing to learn quickly, apply feedback, and continuously improve.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
Preferred Requirements
Interest in enterprise AI, SaaS, or technology sales.
Prior exposure to B2B sales, SDR work, business development, or cold outreach.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, prospecting, and productivity.
What Success Looks Like After The Internship
By the end of your internship, you will have:
Confidently identified and qualified prospective customers independently.
Built meaningful conversations with senior business stakeholders.
Contributed qualified sales opportunities to Stratova's pipeline.
Developed practical experience in enterprise B2B sales and AI solution selling.
Worked closely with sales, marketing, and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
