Role Description
The Sales Intern role is an on-site internship based in Singapore. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and assisting with follow-ups and basic account management. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to respond to customer inquiries, and providing administrative support for sales meetings and events. The intern may help with customer service interactions, gathering feedback, and supporting training or product demonstrations for clients. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes in the EV charging sector and opportunities to learn from experienced team members.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales, such as lead generation, basic selling techniques, and relationship building.
Ability to support Training and product demonstrations, including explaining technical features in an accessible way.
Exposure to or interest in Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and use of CRM tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Interest in electric vehicles, sustainable transportation, or technology solutions is an advantage.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
