We are looking for Sales Interns who are passionate about learning, eager to connect with businesses, and ready to jump start their career in a fast-paced HRTech environment. What You'll Do Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, introducing them to FastJobs services Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their specific challenges and tailor solutions Effectively communicate FastJobs benefits and features, nurturing interest and securing follow-up meetings Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system, including call notes, actions, and outcomes Continuously learn about our offerings, confidently addressing client inquiries and objections Work alongside the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure qualified leads transition smoothly Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position FastJobs Who You Are You're a natural conversationalist with a knack for sparking engaging dialogues and clearly conveying information You possess exceptional listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding people's needs and challenges You're passionate about FastJobs's mission and excited to showcase the value proposition of its services You're a quick learner with a thirst for knowledge, eager to become FastJobs product expert You have a curious mind and stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry conditions Comfortable using Google Suite applications to streamline your day-to-day tasks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Note: This is a paid internship requiring a minimum 3-month commitment.
