Responsibilities
Sales Cadence & Governance
Own and drive the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales rhythm — pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting
Maintain and enforce CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring accurate opportunity data, stage progression, and forecasting across all regions
Prepare consolidated pipeline and forecast reports for the Global Sales Head and BU leadership with actionable commentary
Track and report on key sales KPIs — bookings, ACV, TCV, pipeline coverage, win rates, and deal velocity.
Coordinate and structure the annual sales planning cycle including territory design, quota setting, and go-to-market alignment
Deal & Pursuit Support
Support active pursuits by coordinating across pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality bid responses
Manage the governance calendar for large deals — milestone tracking, review gates, approvals, and escalation paths
Maintain the pursuit tracker and ensure all deals above threshold go through required approval workflows
Facilitate deal review meetings (Bid Qualification, Solution Reviews, Pricing Approvals) and track action items to closure
Build and maintain a library of standard sales collateral, proposal templates, case studies, and credentials decks
Sales Operations & Enablement
Act as the primary point of contact for sales process queries from regional sales leads and account managers
Onboard new sales hires — tools, processes, CRM training, and sales methodology orientation. Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools, automation, and reporting dashboards
Coordinate with HR, finance, and legal on contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and onboarding documentation. Manage incentive and commission plan tracking in collaboration with the finance team
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Prepare executive-ready presentations, board decks, and BU updates for the Global Sales Head
Coordinate across organization’s corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Delivery) on behalf of the sales leadership
Manage internal communication for key sales initiatives, campaigns, and programmes. Organize and coordinate sales team events, offsites, conferences, and Temenos partner engagements
Act as a liaison between the Temenos BU sales team and Temenos corporate / partner teams for operational matters
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain sales dashboards and management reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Excel
Provide regular win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence summaries, and market trend inputs to the sales leadership
Track and report on SLAs for proposal turnaround, approval cycles, and internal sales support responsiveness
Skills Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Management or equivalent
7-9 years of experience in the related tasks
Hands on experience with Project Management tools, Confluence, JIRAs, expert in Power point presentations, Spreadsheets etc.
Strong experience on managing large level of financial details and charge back model.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
