About The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Support Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how deals are sourced, qualified, and closed in the fintech and financial services space — while directly supporting our sales pipeline and client engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in prospecting and lead generation across Singapore and ASEAN markets (research target companies, identify key decision-makers, build contact lists)
Assist in preparing sales collateral, pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials
Help maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline data, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
Conduct market and competitor research on FX, payments, and stablecoin/digital asset trends in the region
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings, calls, and industry events/conferences
Support due diligence and onboarding documentation for new clients and partners
Draft client communications, follow-up emails, and internal reports
Track and summarize industry news relevant to forex, cross-border payments, and stablecoin regulation across ASEAN
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field
Strong interest in fintech, forex, payments, or digital assets/stablecoins
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages a plus, e.g. Bahasa, Mandarin)
Comfortable with research, data organization, and using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and CRM systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior internship or coursework exposure to sales, business development, or financial services is a plus but not required
Able to commit to
at least 4 working days per week for at least three months
