SAP University Alliances Intern – Singapore
SAP University Alliances is a program that enables faculty to bring the latest SAP software and SAP University Alliances curriculum into classrooms and academic research, helping to prepare the next generation of designers, developers, data scientists, makers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders for the intelligent enterprise.
Through a network of approximately 3,000 educational institutions and universities across 113 countries worldwide, SAP University Alliances aims to develop critical skills for digital futures among academics, university students, and young thinkers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The primary focus of the
SAP University Alliances Intern in Singapore (“UA Intern”)
will be to support the Vice President of SAP University Alliances (UA) for Asia Pacific (APAC) and the UA team in APAC in building the SAP UA network of academic thought leaders, researchers, faculty, and students to drive SAP UA memberships and services for talent development.
The UA Intern will support the UA team in coordinating and reporting on key university programs and initiatives, including SAP Learning and student certification programs.
The UA Intern will strongly support the regional UA team in planning and executing various UA events, activities, and initiatives across Singapore and the APAC region, including academic engagement programs, university events, workshops, and community initiatives.
The UA Intern will support SAP UA member schools and universities in Singapore and contribute to the growth of new university members, faculty engagement, and student participation in SAP programs.
The UA Intern will coordinate with the SAP UA Manager and ensure that:
KPIs and program objectives are met.
Costs are controlled within the defined budget.
Appropriate SAP legal agreements are in place for UA members and relevant projects with academic customers and partners.
Program data, reports, and university engagement activities are maintained accurately.
Any other tasks assigned by the UA Manager to support UA initiatives in APAC and globally are completed effectively.
Required Skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing both physical and virtual events.
Experience in data analysis and using relevant tools to provide insights into the state and performance of the UA program.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and social media skills.
Study concentration in business, technology, entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Good exposure to the latest technologies and an understanding of how technology can support businesses and enterprises.
Knowledge of SAP solutions and technologies will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with academic institutions, students, faculty, and internal stakeholders across APAC.
