    As a Supply Chain Intern at tesa SEA, you will play a hands-on role in digitalizing our Run-to-Target (RTT) process to drive On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance and reduce expediting costs. Working within our South East Asia and regional Business Operation team, you will develop a comprehensive visibility dashboard that empowers fast, data-driven decisions across the full order lifecycle — from Purchase Order placement at source through to customer delivery in the destination country. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Material management, Logistics, and Customer Excellence to map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions. Your project will be a cornerstone initiative in tesa SEA’s supply chain transformation journey. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated student eager to bridge supply chain operations and data analytics in a fast-paced, multinational industrial adhesives environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Run-to-Target (RTT) Digitalization Project Map and document the end-to-end supply chain flow from Purchase Order creation at source through customs clearance and final delivery in SEA destination countries Identify key milestones, lead time gaps, and risk triggers across the RTT process Design and develop an interactive Power BI dashboard to monitor order status, OTIF performance, and delivery risk in real time Integrate data from SAP, logistics partner portals, and other sources to build a unified supply chain visibility layer Build Python-based automation scripts to extract, clean, and load data into the reporting environment Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to enhance analytical depth and forecasting capabilities Build Agent capable of track container/vessels and estimate realist time of Arrival Present progress and final dashboard to the SEA Supply Chain leadership team Qualification Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 3rd year of studies; final-year students preferred Experience Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations is a plus Hands-on experience building dashboards or data pipelines (academic or professional) is highly valued Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage Personal Characteristics (Mindset, Behaviour) Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Self-starter who is comfortable working with ambiguity and driving projects to completion Excellent communication skills — able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborative team player with experience working across departments or functions Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills Genuine curiosity about supply chain digitalisation, automation, and continuous improvement Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional SEA language is a plus
