Job Responsibilities: Core System Architecture: Design and implement the architecture for core systems including trading, accounting, and clearing & settlement, ensuring data consistency and fund security. External Institution Integration: Lead system integration with Clearing Brokers and Execution Venues. Accounting & Reconciliation System: Build a broker-level accounting and end-of-day reconciliation system, ensuring data alignment with clearing parties, upstream brokers, and regulatory reporting. Margin Financing & Options Derivatives: Design and iterate risk engines (margin and liquidation logic) and deposit/withdrawal/transfer flows to ensure fund safety. Stability & Contingency: Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fund anomaly contingency plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, product, and other teams. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of backend / distributed systems development experience, including 3+ years of core system experience at a securities firm or exchange. Familiar with the full order lifecycle and OMS/EMS design. Proficient in the FIX protocol and able to independently complete FIX Engine integration. Deep understanding of clearing, settlement, and accounting mechanisms, with hands-on experience designing and implementing broker-level accounting systems. Strong engineering skills and good communication skills in both Chinese and English. Preferred: Experience building a core system from 0 to 1 at an offshore securities firm. Knowledge of open-source/commercial components related to accounting or FIX.
