Responsibilities
This role involves supporting the organisation's strategic planning, performance management and administrative support which include the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Review
Facilitate and contribute to the strategic planning sessions and reviews with Senior Management and the Board.
Ensure alignment of strategies, action plans, and resources across functions and business units.
Performance Management and Data Analysis
Monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives and organisational performance against key performance indicators.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic adjustments through data-driven insights.
ESG Strategy and Implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out short- and long-term ESG action plans.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure organisational compliance with relevant ESG-related standards and guidelines.
Secretariat Duties
Perform secretariat duties for meetings and ensuring timely distribution of meeting materials and documentation for senior management, Board and Ministry engagements.
Legal Service Coordination
Act as the primary liaison for legal requests
Manage the administrative and procurement process for legal services.
Maintain an organised tracking system for all ongoing legal requests.
Administrative Support
Customer Service Support
General maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Courier Service and Mail
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
Managing CFS' account on Giving.sg platform
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Banking or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates, and candidates with 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, secretariat work or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. Experience working with senior management and Boards will be an advantage.
