    About the Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cash flow management, and business partnering while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. This role works closely with senior leadership, regional teams, auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports for senior management. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions. Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IFRS, and statutory requirements. Manage statutory audits, tax filings, GST reporting, and regulatory submissions. Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities. Business Partnering Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, financial planning, and operational decision-making. Provide financial analysis and insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business case evaluations. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Review work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of finance activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture with continuous improvement initiatives. Review and improve finance processes through automation and digital transformation. Risk Management Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and corporate governance requirements. Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or ISCA preferred. 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, taxation, and Singapore statutory requirements. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering. Strong analytical and commercial acumen. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite Xero, etc. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
