Main Purpose:
- To support project execution through procurement coordination, logistics coordination, and project administration for the TPC Tung Hsiao Gas Pipeline Direct Pipe Works project.
- To coordinate project goods, equipment, materials, and documents moving into, within, and out of Taiwan in accordance with project requirements.
- To provide administrative support for work permit, visa, relocation, onboarding, and related people-mobilisation matters for project personnel assigned to Taiwan.
- To assist the Project Manager in maintaining timely coordination among suppliers, logistics parties, project team members, client team, and Taiwan local stakeholders.

- Candidate should preferably have flexibility to relocate to Taiwan for several months on project assignment, subject to project needs and approved deployment plan.
Job Summary:
The Project Executive is responsible for supporting project procurement, logistics coordination, goods movement, and administrative matters required for project execution in Taiwan. The role covers procurement follow-up, supplier coordination, shipment and goods in/out coordination, permit and relocation administration support for project personnel, project record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, client team, and Taiwan local stakeholders.
Duty and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
- Project Procurement Support: Coordinate procurement activities for project needs, including sourcing support, quotation follow-up, purchase request preparation, supplier communication, delivery follow-up, and procurement record maintenance.
- Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and internal project team members to support timely availability of materials, equipment, consumables, and project services.
- Goods In/Out Coordination: Coordinate movement of project goods, equipment, tools, materials, spare parts, and documents into, within, and out of Taiwan, including shipping, customs-related documentation support, delivery tracking, and goods receipt coordination.
- Logistics and Inventory Records: Maintain records for deliveries, goods receipt, dispatch, storage, transfer, and return of project materials and equipment as required by the project team.
- Permit and Relocation Administration: Provide administrative support for work permit, visa, entry, accommodation, mobilisation, demobilisation, and relocation matters for project personnel assigned to Taiwan.
- Project Administration: Support project correspondence, document preparation, filing, registers, meeting follow-up, expense records, and other administrative tasks required by the Project Manager and project team.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate professionally with clients, consultants, suppliers, logistics providers, authorities, and Taiwan local stakeholders for procurement, logistics, permit, and administrative matters.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle project information, commercial records, personnel information, and administrative matters professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with company and project requirements.
Prerequisites/Qualifications:
- Important Note: Candidate should be familiar with Taiwan project coordination practices and able to communicate effectively with Taiwan local stakeholders.
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, procurement support, logistics coordination, project administration, or similar role.
- Experience supporting civil construction, infrastructure, pipeline, marine/offshore, industrial, or public project environments is preferred.
- Practical experience in procurement follow-up, supplier coordination, delivery tracking, shipping coordination, goods receipt, inventory records, and logistics documentation will be an advantage.
- Experience supporting work permit, visa, accommodation, mobilisation, demobilisation, or relocation administration for project personnel is preferred.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Traditional Chinese, written and spoken.
- Candidates currently based in Taiwan or with practical Taiwan project coordination, logistics, procurement, or local stakeholder coordination experience will have an advantage.
- Preferably able and willing to relocate to Taiwan for several months on project assignment when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; able to maintain procurement trackers, logistics records, administrative registers, and digital project records.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with management, clients, consultants, suppliers, logistics providers, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple priorities under project deadlines.
- Able to pass project medical, training, and site access requirements as applicable.
