Service Excellence Marketing Intern

Ready to launch your career? As part of the Service Excellence team, you will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, enhance customer and employee experiences, and support sustainable business growth.
You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, drive process simplification, and deliver impactful events and campaigns using data, automation, and digital solutions.
What will you do:
Marketing and Communications support
Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop and produce marketing content for both internal and external platforms (e.g., newsletters, social media, intranet updates, campaign materials, videos, and event-related communications).
Manage the Services Community Portal by updating content, improving structure, and ensuring information is organised and easy to navigate.
Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learn / Dinner & Learn sharing sessions for cross‑department stakeholders
Campaign Support
Assist in the end‑to‑end planning and execution of marketing and service-related campaigns.
Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, stakeholder interactions, and necessary administrative follow‑ups.
Conduct research to generate insights for campaigns, including audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry best practices.
Support post‑campaign evaluations through documentation, insights consolidation, and recommendations for future improvements.
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in marketing, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong digital proficiency and familiarity with modern business and marketing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Possess strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
